Join us for a monthly therapeutic gathering, to discuss themes that effect and connect us all. Each month we will focus on a different subject, in which we give space to reflect, learn and share.

These sessions with be facilitated by Amy Keenan and co facilited by Charlotte Robinson (Minus Cloud Nine Founder). 

About our facilitator Amy Keenan:

Amy Keenan is a Creative Arts Psychotherapist (HCPC Dramatherapist) and EMDR Therapist. She has worked privately with both children and adults since 2016, previous co-created a therapeutic service within a children’s hospice and now works in the generic and neurodiverse team in a community CAMHS. Amy works both verbally and non-verbally with a range of clients, including those with complex and profound disabilities, social and emotional needs, moderate-severe mental health and palliative care and grief.

About our co facilitator Charlotte Robinson:

Charlotte is a recently qualified BACP person-centred counsellor with a deep passion for promoting mental health through creativity. As the founder of Minus Cloud Nine, she has created a platform that blends artistic expression with mental well-being, empowering others to explore their emotions in a supportive environment (including going into workplaces and encouraging this dialogue). With experience working for a mental health app for over 12 months, Charlotte has further knowledge in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques and integrates this knowledge into her practice. Now looking to expand her skills, Charlotte is pursuing further training in couples counselling to help strengthen relationships.

September theme: Grief

Our therapeutic group session will focus on the theme of grief, providing a compassionate space for individuals to explore their experiences and emotions. Led by a qualified mental health professionals, the sessions will offer a supportive environment where participants can share their stories, connect with others, and learn coping strategies to navigate the complex journey of grief. Whether you're dealing with recent loss or unresolved feelings from the past, this group aims to help you find healing and understanding within a community of care.

Our classes are non-refundable so please make sure you’ve checked your diary carefully before agreeing a time and making a payment.
